Colleen Eads

Early on Colleen found that she had an affinity for administrative work, and chose to pursue a business career, focusing on accounting. She loves the opportunity this brings to look at the big picture, while recognizing the many moving parts that create a successful organization. After graduating from Iowa State University, Colleen worked in many different industries, and is excited to apply her years of cross-industry experience to her role at DMS. She enjoys meeting new challenges and finding ways to continually refine processes by applying new information, skills and technology.

When not at work, you will find Colleen spending time with her son and their three cats in Van Meter. They play games, explore local events, and love to be silly together. She also enjoys attending live music and comedy shows and adores cooking as well. Quality time with family and friends are her top priority.

What she loves most about the DMS environment is the focus on utilizing collaboration to serve our clients with excellence, while also maintaining a proper work / life balance.
