Emma Webb, MPA

Emma has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Roanoke College and a Masters in Public Administration from American University. Before coming to DMS, Emma was the Deputy Executive Director of an educational nonprofit in the Washington, DC area. She started at DMS in 2022 as an Education and Programs Manager and is now the Executive Director of 4 Iowa-based medical associations.

Outside of work, Emma is on the Event Management Team of the Des Moines Arts Festival and loves taking long walks with her dogs, listening to podcasts, and reading.
