Throughout the year, Diversified Management Services organizes events that range in size from 50 to more than 50,000 attendees. Whatever your organization’s need and goals, we are experts in creating meetings and events that stay true to you.
No matter the event type—large conference, trade show with education tracks, small donor event, or quarterly board meeting—we manage all logistical aspects. including: on-site management, registration, promotion, and speaker coordination. We’ll set budget and agenda; promote the event; coordinate registration, speakers, and fee collection; manage the event on site; and survey participants to see how we can improve the event in the future. For larger conferences or multiday events, we conduct contract negotiations for all aspects of the meeting including hotel, food and beverage, entertainment, and speaker contracts.
In addition to providing meeting and event planning services, Diversified Management Services provides meeting space to its clients at its West Des Moines headquarters. Our facility is available for meetings of all kinds and includes two fully furnished boardrooms and a flexible event space that can be used in any number of ways, from a classroom to a reception area.
